This Privacy Policy explains how SortiZen ("the App"), developed by RDZen ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses information about you. Our philosophy is simple: We believe your data belongs to you. SortiZen is designed as an offline-first utility to respect your privacy and digital sovereignty.

2. Data Collection and Usage

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data.

• Photos and Videos: The App analyzes your media files to identify duplicates, screenshots, and blurry photos. This analysis happens 100% locally on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to any server, cloud storage, or third-party service. We do not see your photos.
• Personal Information: We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location data. We do not require you to create an account.

3. Permissions

To function correctly, SortiZen requires specific permissions:

• Media Access: This permission is strictly necessary for the App to scan your gallery and allow you to manage the files you select. The App never deletes anything without your explicit confirmation.
• Post Notifications: Required on Android 13+ devices to display status notifications (e.g., "Scanning photos...") so the app can finish the task in the background. We do not use notifications for marketing.

4. Third-Party Services

While the App’s core functionality is offline, we use the Google Play Billing Library to process the one-time premium purchase.

5. Data Security

Because SortiZen operates offline and does not transmit your personal files, your data remains as secure as your device itself.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children.
